达美奥克伍德华庭公寓在入住期间免费提供禧跃泳池使用须知

 Swimming Pool Rules &Regulations

1.禧跃健身(以下简称：禧跃)为北京达美奥克伍德华庭酒店公寓(以下简称：公寓)登记入住的客人(以下简称：住客)在入住期间免费提供禧跃泳池使用，泳池运维暂停开放或停止经营，无需提前告知，住客请予以理解及配合。

Flow&Glow Fitness(hereinafter referred to as "Flow &Glow")provides complimentary access toits swimming pool for registered in-house guests of Oakwood Residence Damei Beijing(hereinafterreferred to as the "Residence")during their stay.Flow&Glow reserves the right to suspend pooloperation or terminate its business without prior notice,and all residence guests shall kindly

understand and cooperate accordingly.

2.所有需要使用泳池的住客必须在公寓前台接待处完成实名登记，由前台工作人员刷卡入场使用禧跃泳池。

All in-house guests who wish to use the swimming pool shallcomplete real-name registration at thefront ofice.Access to the pool of Flow&Grow is granted exclusively by access card swiping

administered by front office staff.

3.住客需严格遵守禧跃泳池的使用安全须知，高血压、心脏病、皮肤病、孕妇、未成年人、酒后人群等禁止入池。

Guests must strictly comply with the swimming pool safety guidelines and restricted access noticesissued by Flow&Glow.Pool entry is prohibited for guests with hypertension,heart disease,skindiseases,as well as pregnant women,minors and intoxicated persons.

4.未成年人使用泳池必须由其成年家属全程陪同监护，全权监管，若发生非因禧跃责任导致的未成年人意外事故、走失、受伤等情况，应由其监护人负责。

Minors shall only use the swimming pool under the full-time supervision of their adult familymembers,who shall take full custodial responsibility.Any accidents,missing cases,injuries orsimilar incidents involving minors that are not attributable to Flow&Glow Fitness shall be bornesolely by their guardians

5.凡因住客自身单方责任(操作不当、违规戏水、监护缺失、隐瞒病史)引发的人身伤害、财产损失、溺水事故等一切风险及后果，均由住客自行承担，禧跃及公寓不承担任何赔偿责任。AIl personal injuries,wealthy losses,drowning incidents and any other risks and consequencescaused by the guests'sole fault (including improper operation,reckless horseplay,lack ofguardianship,concealed medical history,etc.)shall be borne entirely by the guest,Flow&Growand Residence.

shall not be liable for any compensation.

6.禧跃仅负责泳池日常水质消杀、设备常规维护、场地安全保障义务等法律规定的经营责任。因住客自身过错、突发疾病、不可抗力、第三方侵权导致的一切事故，由过错方承担相关责任，禧跃及公寓无需对非因禧跃及公寓责任导致的任何事故承担责任。

Flow &Grow shall only perform statutory operational obligations including daily pool waterdisinfection,routine equipment maintenance and on-site safety safeguards.All incidents resultingfrom the user's own negligence,sudden illness,force majeure or third-party infringement shall bethe sole responsibility of the at-fault party.Flow&Grow shall bear no liability for any accidents notcaused by its own fault.

7.住客无权擅自使用禧跃任何健身设施，包含但不限于力量器械、有氧设备、普拉提场地、私教区、淋浴设施、健身辅助器材等全部健身配套设备及区域。

Guests are not authorized to use any fitness facilities of Flow &Grow without permission,includingbut not limited to strength training equipment,cardio machines,Pilates zones,personal trainingareas,shower facilities,fitness auxiliary equipment and all supporting fitness spaces andamenities

8.凡进入禧跃泳池区域，即视为已阅读、理解并自愿遵守本须知全部条款。Entry into the pool area of Flow &Grow constitutes full acceptance of all rules above
